Overview
As part of a team project with the University of Sheffield AMRC, developed an online workplace training platform in Ruby on Rails. The application allows businesses to create, manage, and assign training courses to employees. Worked with a non-technical client in weekly agile sprints to extract requirements, demo progress, and iteratively refine features.

Architecture
Standard Rails MVC architecture with PostgreSQL as the database backend. Views were built using HAML and Bootstrap for clean, responsive templates. The team followed agile methodology with weekly client meetings, sprint planning, and Kanban-based task tracking.
Results
Delivered a functional training platform that met client requirements. Achieved 86% code coverage with RSpec. Gained experience working with a non-technical client in an agile team environment.
